The delivery turned up a day late despite paying for 24hr tracking with Royal Mail and receiving emails saying it was being delivered on the 18th (the actual birthday) it then tuned up half way thru th 19th (day after birthday)

my first card didn’t arrive

Very disappointed with this when it arrived with the plant I ordered for my 91yr old mam !! Whoever did the card at Moonpig should be ashamed - when does the message get written on the reverse of the front of the card ?? It Always gets written on the blank open side. This made my mam very confused and spoilt an otherwise lovely suprise 😡
