Card was delivered on time, recipient Helen thought it was lovely. My error was not signing my name so recipient didn’t know who it was from. Perhaps a prompt to sign would be helpful!

My card and chocolates have not arrived many days after the recipient’s birthday. Apparently not delivered because of “unforeseen circumstances”. Terrible service that I will not be using again. Do not use.
