This is the first time I used MoonPig. It seems like a generally nice useful service, but I felt the quality of card designs on offer (for my niece's birthday) were a bit lacklustre. Was also disappointed that the card doesn't seem to have been sent out as quickly as was indicated when I placed the order. About 2 days later I received an email confirming that the card had been sent, which was after my niece's birthday by that point. I'd been hoping there was a chance of it arriving on her birthday, but it didn't. If I use the service again, I'll have to be sure to do it at least a week in advance.
