The Important Part:

We promise seven days’ freshness or a free replacement with every bouquet.
Select your date or get next day delivery when you order by 11pm Monday-Friday. Plus, get SMS tracking and a 2 hour delivery window.
Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!
Each bouquet is hand-tied by our expert florists.
Bouquets come in our signature Nourishing Wrap to keep them happy and hydrated while travelling

Please Note:

In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.

This was most dissapointing.Despite having a hand for size comparison, it must have been a tiny person because the vase is tiny. The flowers were bedraggled when thearrived because the parcel went to Bradford and was two days late and after the Birthday date it was ordered for. Also ver expensive considering the size. I shall not order flowers here again.

Absolutely appalling value for money. The posy was so tiny the only joy it provioked was laughter at the ridiculousness of it. Before you order this please carfefully compare what you can get from good companies like Bloom & Wild for the same money. We thought it would be a lovely add on fgor our daughters birthday - it was not, it was actually quite offensive, and looked like a 5 year old had picked it out of a hedgerow.

Absolutely extortionate price for what turnt up, tiny flowers and a tiny cheap cup/vase for £22+...I think I'll just stick to your cards quite frankly even then. Though I am genuinely thinking about just using Google photos for cards from now on as well.

My Mother moved to a home and this was a moving-in flowers, which never arrived. I have been with Moonpig for many years and this is the first time that a delivery has not reached its destination. Please advise on action you will take to rectify this. Thank you.
