I ordered this as an add-on to my daughter's birthday card. She is in Melbourne and I am in London. I was super impressed that the gift and the card arrived four days after I ordered it and they were in good time for her birthday. Many thanks Moonpig!

This was a birthday present and it failed to arrive on time. ***Update*** I received an email from Moonpig following my original review asking me to send an email into their customer services which i did. This morning I received a prompt response from Calvin in customer services. I was offered a full refund and a voucher to cover the cost of my next card. I appreciate the gesture and this company's effort to try to put things right. Although this does not change the late arrival of the card it does go a long way to feeling that my choice to use Moonpig is valued. I will use again.
