Order was delayed by a day but recipient was happy with the flowers when they arrived.
A week since ordering and still no delivery of special birthday treat and card. Very disappointed with the service.

Omg what can I say this wasn’t what I paid for , I paid for 50% more and look what this looks like !! What would mind friend have been sent if I didn’t upgrade to 50 % more , moonpig what can I say so disappointed !!!!!!!!!

Not bad flowers. Quite a lot of money for the flowers received.

Very good my Mum loved it
Quite disappointed. Not worth the price at all. Could get better from a supermarket for a cheaper price. A very small bouquet and is nothing like the photo.

Lillies never open and flowers were tired and limp. Considering I paid for the larger bouquet it was quite disappointing.

Had to email and complain about the flowers.. and card. Card was bent.. flowers where small not what was in the photo. Customer service sorted it out.
The flowers were well received, nicely packed, appreciated the track and trace component.
