Despite this card being dispatched on 24th November it didn't arrive until 2nd December. Very disappointed.

I ordered the card in the last week of November. It is the 10th December and it still hasn’t arrived. Please can I have a refund? It was for a wedding anniversary on 1st December which we are now well past.
