I was happy to order from Moonpig and I would again. My only issue is that I was ordering 2 bottles, not as gifts, but they charged me 2 sets of delivery charges, and the bottles shipped individually. I didn’t appreciate having to pay 2 charges for the bottles to come to the same address but also, the environmental impact of 2 deliveries, w delivery boxes etc just seems excessive when there was no reason.

Ordered this high value gift, with plenty of time, for a special occasion. Given virtually no notice that no longer available. Yet it is available elsewhere at a higher cost as this is the route I’ve now taken. Extremely disappointed with service and will never use Moonpig again.

I thought all was great except something important was missing The card telling them who it was from and our good wishes
Use a 20% discount code that was supposed to be used on ALL gifts. Obviously champagne wasn’t included as it didn’t work and when I contacted customer service they were really unhelpful. Won’t ever use Moonpig again
