The card was ordered on the 7th, for a leaving do. It’s the 15th today and still not arrived. I appreciate that is due to the postal strike but does not help that my work colleague has left and I paid 7 for a personalised card that when it does arrive will go in the bin.

Excellent efficient service from ordering process to quick receipt. Great selection of cards to choose from and personalise wording. Had a 20% off voucher code which made it better value. Only slight negative on quality was the card was quite thin, maybe because it was a large card. Slightly thicker would have been preferred but overall extremely pleased and so convenient.

The leaving card never arrived, which was clearly disappointing. Champagne and secondary card arrived a day late despite tracked delivery. Appreciate there was a RM strike, so not a Moonpig specific issue.

The card was fine.. the arrival was way too late. The card has a name on it so is now useless and I had to buy another card from Amazon which arrived ON TIME. Really dissatisfied.
