Bitterly disappointed that the item didn't arrive. The card was to present to a dear colleague who had a gathering which came and went with no retirement card to give hin. On the plus side Moonpig was able to refund me my money quickly, but this experience has definitely put me off ordering from them again. This isn't the first time cards l have ordered do not arrive on their planned delivery date. Moonpig needs to do better when it comes to delivery, customers rely on their items for special occasions/deadlines if customer continues to be affected by delayed delivery dates they will order from other companies which will impact on your long-term financial direction. A different carrier should be considered.
