Let down by choice of delivery (or lack of choice). We pay a premium for tracked delivery and twice now the delivery has not arrived on the day requested. And as one was tracked my elderly parents did not get the delivery but had to go to the post office to collect. You need to allow choice on delivery methods. I am not going to try again.

I can see this has been sent by yourselves but unfortunately this hasnt been delivered? was supposed to be delivered on 10th? :( hopefully this will before next sunday?
