It had desired affect. Delivered just in time

I ordered two separate cards for two different occasions! I specifically put down individual delivery dates which were around a week apart! I was charged delivery for both! However they decided to put both cards in the same dispatch! Clearly saving money! When it arrived and was opened by the addressee a surprise was ruined! I contacted Moonpig they weren’t really interested! They gave me a tiny credit which wouldn’t have purchased anything! So my understanding is that they are more interested in the money than solving problems! I also like to add that I never got a real apology just excuses.
Very disappointed that my valentines card hasn’t been delivered today. Was meant to be delivered yesterday. I ordered it 5 days ago.
