Card didn’t arrive on the day selected and still hasn’t arrived. It was a birthday card for my Mum, so very disappointed.

I paid for 2 day delivery and it didnt come in that time frame, my first purchase and I'm never buying again off of moonpig

Will never use again missed the date of delivery even through I ordered 3 days before Customer service takes one day to reply and as for compensation for ruining the kids present to there mum nothing, buy local support local

Very fast and professional service
You charged me crazy high shipping for each of the 3 cards… I ordered them at the same time, on the same order, to the same address! Absolutely ripped off…
