I didn't receive the 'congratulations box I bought. I received a plain box. I bought this product because of the words as a congratulations. Highly disappointed. Though they were nice to eat.

Received the email stating that you can sent a free card and free maltesers to someone who has completed their GCSEs. My daughter wanted to send this to her friend. I checked the small print and there didn’t seem to be a catch. We placed the order thinking that the maltesers would be deducted during checkout. Turns out the maltesers were not free, we had to pay for them. I contacted Moonpig AI chat as the offices were closed, the chat bot told me I had to make another purchase for the chocolates to be free and someone will contact me. Received an email from Customer Services the next day, they said that I had to be in the first 400 customers to get them free. They will not offer refunds. Nowhere in the small print were these conditions mentioned. I have reported Moonpig to the ASA…dread to think how many other people have been caught out with this little marketing scam. I have used Moonpig for years, but after this I won’t be using Moonpig again.
