My Grandson loved his card. Which delighted me..1st Class but it took 6 days to arrive- very disappointed. I want to send more but can't guarantee they will arrive in time for Christmas!! So I'm disappointed!!

5* for the card 1* for delivery as it had the wrong house number on and we had to go to a lot of trouble to locate and retrieve.

I haven’t even received the card yet, and wrote to you last Friday, I ordered 2 cards one each for my grandchildren, no one has contacted me back to let me know about the above order, I’ve had a reply about the other order which is supposed to arrive today, I won’t hold my breath,I always use Moonpig and am deeply disappointed with the lack of a reply, I paid £2-70 P&P per card and received nothing, can someone contact me please.
