This was my first order on MoonPig and the card was for my granddaughter. The card was supposed to arrive on her Birthday last Friday. Apparently it will be delivered 3 days late on the following Monday. Imagine how she will feel ! Customer service could only offer to refund the cost of postage. Why would I consider using this service again ?
