I paid for postage for two separate cards and they came inside each in the same envelope. Not impressed

Paid £6 for the card for it to arrive Bent. Not in a protected/do not bend envelope. Very disappointed

Good product, just shame came a day late in post.
The last 2 LARGE moonpig cards ordered have not been posted through letterbox by Royal Mail as too large. One xmas card and now a Daddy birthday card. Our local depot opens 10am-12pm so I was unable to collect this all week and missed my partners birthday. Moonpig- warn customers of this or re-think the large size as this is frustrating.
