This came out too dark - as with the card, it was quite different from the preview, which had looked fine on my laptop. I could live with the card, but got in touch about the disappointing mug since this would be kept and there was still time to change it before the birthday. I lightened the photo and Moonpig sent me a replacement mug which was great. I took one star off for the fact that it sadly arrived a day later than expected... too late for the actual birthday.
