Product never turned up. When I chased the automated self help told me my wife’s card and gift were in transit. This was a day after it was due for delivery so pointless having it delivered 2 days after her Birthday. I asked for a refund.

Pic didn’t print well, I complained & got a reply telling me I had done it wrong & a credit for a standard card even though this was a giant card which costs a lot more so I don’t think I’ll be ordering anything else from MP

Card was ok but it was stuffed into the flower box which wasn’t wide enough and therefore bent the card. Not great care and service from Moonpig for the money these cards cost !!

Dispatched on the 15th March, estimated delivery, 17th March, in time for mothers day. Eventually arrived on the 22nd so complete waste of time and money.
