The person to whom it was sent did not receive it and there is no help contact details on the website for me to resolve the issues!! Not happy!!

You didn’t send me an envelope to send the card to the recipient on 2 of the large cards, so they are both useless to me - I would like to be refunded - total let down

These personalised cards are great fun & good value for money but I was offered postage at 99p but was charged £1.99 which is a rip off when a 1st Class stamp is 95p! 😡 I’ll be thinking twice before ordering anymore cards from Moonpig!
