Paid for 24 hour posted, 5 days later it arrived and missed my nephews birthday. Website is deceiving and provides false expectations on the delivery times. It’s not fair on customers.

Ordered off moonpig numerous times they are brilliant quality cards! Will not go back to shops now

Delivered later that the date given, missed zachs birthday and lost the point of it being ordered for his birthday. The toy within the package was bashed up and the toy was not attached to the packaging. The materials are good but the presentation is bad.
