The Important Part:
- We promise seven days’ freshness or a free replacement with every bouquet.
- Select your date or get next day delivery when you order by 11pm Monday-Friday. Plus, get SMS tracking and a 2 hour delivery window.
- Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!
Please Note:
- In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
- The vase is not included.

Blooms were suffering when received. Some blommes were deheaded and they lasted less than a week. I could have bought better at fraction of the price in Aldi

Item was delivered separately from the card & chocs. Left in shed with no card or advice to recipient so sat there for 3 days. DPD - not great
