The Champange wss purchased for a last minute wedding gift which was deliverd and well recieved.

I paid for next day delivery a week before Mother’s Day and although it’s hard to believe they still have not managed to deliver, this is also after paying £6.00 for next day delivery, moonpig are unbelievably crap at what they do..never again!!
Couldn't care less about the 'quality' or 'value for money'. If Moonpig's logistics team can't work out how to get the gift delivered on time the service is redundant. Anyone could tell you that something shipped at lunchtime in Dublin is not getting to rural Wexford the next day, especially as the shipping is handled by An Post. As the hours ticked by on the recipients birthday and nothing arrived I contacted Moonpig's support. I could write a lot about their support but I'll sum it up for you: as well as being absurdly aggressive, once they hand over the item to the carrier they don't want to know about it. Someone else's problem. Needless to say, after placing the order with 10 days spare the parcel didn't arrive on the recipient's birthday. Never again.

Great quality champagne
Not delivered so cannot evaluate product. The service is dreadful, it was ordered on 9th June for delivery on the 15th one day ahead of my sisters 65th birthday. As at 5pm on the 17th it’s still in Dublin. Very disappointing totally ruined the surprise.
