When a customer leaves the field 'INSERT TEXT HERE' blank - why on earth do you print 'insert text here' on the actual mug. I cant use that as a gift now.

I didnt want any writing on this mug so some bright spark thought it looked great with leaving enter text here on both sides of the mug, common sense would have said remove it, oh but apparently that was my fault for not removing these words even though nothing was explained, also one of the photos was very dark, it could hardly be seen and no this wasnt my fault because i ordered similar on another website and the picture came out really well, probably because care was taken with their mug unlike yours. In future i'll probably shop elsewhere because your company has certainly gone downhill and you cant fulfill orders on time. My daughter ordered a mothers day card for me from your website to arrive the wednesday before the event, it never arrived, she was very upset, it made her look in her own eyes that she didnt care when in fact its you that doesnt care.

Product looked good but was broken when it arrived . It was placed in a box within a box without bubble wrap or paper to protect it . I sent a long video of my baby cousin opening the gift already. I received an automated reply after two days , awaiting a better explanation from Moonpig
