I am unable to rate this card as it still hasn’t been delivered and is now over a week late and still no sign of it. Missed my Niece’s birthday which is very disappointing.

Moonpig delivered to the wrong address - thereby missing the birthday of the recipient. After MY investigation/s Moonpig resent my order, but left out 1 of the 3 items. Moonpig then argued about it, refusing a refund & attempting to twist facts, timelines & conversations I will not be using Moonpig ever again - as they are dishonest, argumentative & employ sarcastic & underhand customer services.

Paid extra to make sure it was delivered on time and booked it to be delivered that date but was not delivered until 3 days later

It was easy to do- have no idea of quality etc as it has not been delivered in time for the birthday. I did pay $3 extra to ensure it arrived on 1st October, in plenty of time for the birthday, 2nd. Sadly, not arrived in time.
Great easy to use web site and easy reminders so you cannot forget
This was my first time purchase of this service and found it a great way to send a greetings card

I paid for delivery on 18th April - didn’t arrive because it was Good Friday - so why let me pay extra for specific date delivery if it wasn’t going to be delivered on that date! Not happy - it was a birthday card
