Sadly for the first time after using Moonpig for the last year, I was most disappointed for my card not arriving on time! I have sent cards to Australia in the past and all was on time, however, having ordered in advance of the date giving plenty of time, my card was late! I will continue using the service as great quality at a great price, but I do need to be reassured that my cards will always arrive on time.

Unhappy that this is square so got charged a separate postage fee even though it was being delivered to the same address. Overall there’s not much difference in size so I don’t understand why it can’t be posted together. Alternatively Moonpig could consider waiving the postage as a gesture of goodwill. It’s not the customers’ fault that it’s produced differently.
