Product is good, Moonpig is rubbish card arrived three days after the occasion and was ordered a week in advance but it never arrived on delivery date and had to reordered after an hour wasted with customerservice, second time something like this has happened me with Moonpig, so all faint lost

I bought a small thin plant with the card, the card was bent and shoved into the box which contained the plant, resulted in visible crease down the middle of the card. Really poor care and handling, card should have separate to the plant. This is especially disappointing considering the occasion..
