Arrived late
Delivery changed between putting in my basket and checkout and emailed immediately to ask to cancel the order as the recipient would have moved house by the second arrival date. The website changed to show it was being cancelled but it wasn't and I was still charged and now no-one will receive the item. Appreciate I should have double checked the arrival date but nonetheless terrible customer service for saying it had been cancelled when it hadn't.
Good quality a little expensive
I ordered this for a friend in Australia so I didn't see the actual item and therefore am unable to rate it. My friend says she likes the teas, and they arrived on time for her birthday with the extra charge paid, so five stars for that.
