Card is lovely. Sadly, it was delivered late. Even when it was ordered in enough time and a delivery date was specified.

I was charged for the card 4.75 and then 9.99 Moonpig plus. Would like to know what this charge was taken out of my account for? I always use you but will not in the future due to this charge
