Excellent as usual
This is the second time Moonpig have not delivered my order on time. I specifically ordered early for Mother’s Day - to be delivered no later than the day before. Still hasn’t arrived (Mother’s Day was 4 days ago). My last order arrived 8 weeks later than expected. I have moved overseas and it’s the only way I can send loved one cards in the UK. Will never be ordering from Moonpig again. Each time there’s no explanation or apology. Appalling.

Never received it. I emailed them to ask why and they informed me they were out of stock of the card I ordered but failed to tell me untill I contacted them
Can't comment on quality as I haven't seen card I made it ordered it and it was delivered. But impressed with speedy delivery ordered one day and the next it was delivered!
I have ordered 2 cards twice. Nothing has arrived. I’m so disappointed with Moonpig. I would not recommend them. The same thing has happened to a friend too. My daughters 21st birthday card - no show. And a card for a friend ordered so they could take it away. No show. Sort it out Moonpig. Stop blaming Royal Mail!
Never received the card
I will never buy again, ordered on Saturday the 7th received one week later on Saturday the 14, it's supposed be for mother's day on the 10. Disgusting.
