placed a big order to different addresses but it was for a family who had lost their grandfather but also their Nan who had lost their husband and was sick. Based on the fact that the largest order of a card and flowers to the grand mother was delivered to the wrong house ( to neighbours who were away on holiday, (although I gave specific delivery instructions to DPD) , I have to given a 1 star for extremely poor service overall. The neighbour was away so the flowers died before the flowers and card were received
