Had to reupload and design the card several times, everytime I went back into edit the card! Extremely frustrating that it doesn’t save properly! The card itself was nice although the quality on some of the images printed were not so good despite the photo/file being a decent quality.

My card never arrrived. I ordered on the 5th and it said it was estimated delivery on the 7th but wasn’t dispatched until the 10th. It’s Valentine’s Day tomorrow and it hasn’t arrived. I won’t make that mistake again.

The pictures printed much darker than the originals which gives it a different feel. “Nice” but not “wow”. Also shipping tooling much longer than expected- just over a week to reach me. It was due to arrive on the 17th but didn’t arrive until 21st.

I ordered 2 cards for relatives January birthdays as tempted by 2 separate invites to have 40% off my order. The instructions said the discount would be applied at checkout but neither card had price discounted at any point. I did go ahead & bought them as l had already made effort to search out lots of photos etc to personalise the cards. I eon't be tricked again. Very disappointing!

This is a terrific card when you have loads of photos of your relative and you can't choose which ones to use. BUT you HAVE to send the Giant size or the photos are too small and indistinct . However, I send a lot of cards to my family in Melbourne in Australia , but for some reason they DON'T do the Giant Cards, so I can't use the Multi Photo Grid Card and I have to use the next size down the one with 15 photos, I think .
