I have ordered many times from Moon pig and been so happy, unfortunately this time when I received my order, the ink had smudged over photos. It is for a 65th birthday party. I have emailed twice regarding my order but have not heard back

The card did not arrive and MoonPig were unable to rectify it in time for the birthday. Extremely disappointing.

While I totally love the outcome of the card, I was a bit unhappy that when I tried to send it to Australia I couldn’t so I tried to change the website to Australia but then lost my whole card. It took some time to set up due to all the photos. So I ended up having it sent to myself and had to pay for extra postage to send it from me to Australia. Would have been easier if I had been able to send it directly to its Australian destination. Probably more cost effective for me also. But I’m sure it’s something I did wrong, so I’m just flagging this. Thank you though, truly love the way the card came out.
