There were problems with a voucher code during purchase. I contacted chat support and also email support. They were not the best experiences I’ve ever had.

The card was lovely, I can’t fault it and my son was happy. Delivery was late however so the card missed his birthday. If I’d thought that was likely I probably wouldn’t have ordered it

Not impressed with the quality of card that was sent, very disappointed with the fact it didn’t come with an envelope I thought that would be standard with buying a card from yourselfs. Overall not happy
