Very disappointed that I ordered my card over a week ago & if it wasn’t for me complaining neither the card I had ordered or the replacement you sent would have arrived. I specifically wanted the card before an activity I had planned to advise of a surprise but you failed to even despatch it & surprisingly both cards arrived on the same day so is very telling you hadn’t even sent the first one until I complained! When I asked for an electronic one to be sent I was advised this wasn’t possible even though you’d let me down. I will look for another provider if I require a card like this in future.

I was really pleased with the card. But I wasn’t pleased with the postage. They rammed it through the letterbox which was clearly too small! Left half of sticking outside which got wet in the rain. And it was bent and damaged in a couple of places. Unfortunately it was not fit for purpose.
