The card was folded slightly off-centre - not massively, but just enough to be noticeable. Yet again - for at least my 4th or 5th consecutive order from Moonpig - the envelope for the card has arrived slightly damaged, with a conspicuous fold along one of the sealed edges. The flimsy postal envelope (why doesn't it have any kind of reinforcement?!) in which the card and its own envelope are packaged offer little protection for the contents -- and in the past, I've had both the envelope and card damaged on arrival. I use Moonpig regularly because of the variety of cards available, along with the easy customization options. But considering the ENORMOUS cost of these cards compared with just buying one off-the-shelf, I'm becoming increasingly disappointed by the quality of Moonpig's products when they're delivered.
