Moonpig completely ruined my Valentine’s Day. I paid for express delivery, which guaranteed the card would arrive by the 12th of February in time for the 14th. Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive until the 16th. I’m very disappointed with the service and the missed guarantee, and I won’t be using this website again.
