I asked for this card to be delivered on the 13th July for my sisters birthday Its now the 15th and she still has not recieved her birthday card

I ordered a large card that didn't really fit through the letter box but the postie put it through anyway and it was bent. I realise this is not your fault but perhaps the envelope could have "do not bend" on and maybe a piece of card inside to keep it straight or put it in one of those stiff envelopes.
