SKIP MOONPIG AND ORDER DIRECT Skip the Moonpig part of the process entirely! Just go online to next.com, place an order for delivery to the recipient. It is honestly that easy, choose an item, pay for the item, enter the recipient address and it magically arrives unlike with Moonpig. Do not unnecessarily involve Moonpig in such a straightforward activity as they are unable to process, dispatch and deliver items purchased. The customer service strategy when you manage to get past the chatbot, appears to be deliberately combative, unapologetic and painstakingly slow. I wish I’d checked recent reviews before ordering as the company seems to routinely fail to meet delivery dates or even provide the items at all! Things have got to be bad when it’s easier to go out shopping and go to the post office than use Moonpig. I look forward to my prompt AI reply to this review asking me to contact them via Trustpilot with details about their shoddy service…
