Another part of a delivery that didn’t arrive. Still no response from customer service team either even though an email was sent on 15/03/26 to say it hadn’t been delivered. Again Royal Mail tracking says that they haven’t received the parcel. Customer service is awful. Unlikely to use this company again and would certainly not recommend to anyone.
