The Important Part:
- We promise seven days’ freshness or a free replacement with every bouquet.
- Select your date or get next day delivery when you order by 11pm Monday-Friday. Plus, get SMS tracking and a 2 hour delivery window.
- Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!
- Each bouquet is hand-tied by our expert florists.
- Bouquets come in our signature Nourishing Wrap to keep them happy and hydrated while travelling
Please Note:
- In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
- The vase is not included.
- This bouquet can be toxic to pets. Keep them away from your furry friends.

There were barely any flowers and some of them died within 2 days. Very disappointing for £40. Have sent a message via email but no response yet.

You didn’t deliver the flowers I ordered in my opinion. Not the same flowers & I paid on top for a larger bouquet, not what I got at all.

Mother’s day flower and card DPD delivery kept being delayed then cancelled after 2 days. Contacted Moonpig but just AI and only refunded cost. No explanation or comment on how next order will not be the same. Chocolates arrived by Royal Mail Sent from my iPhone
