Shipping was very fast and the mug itself is good quality. However, the photo turned out extremely blurry and the colors look strange, nothing like the clear photo I uploaded on the website. Quite disappointing.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered mug for express delivery to arrive by Father’s Day. Mug got delivered on Thursday morning. Upon picking up the box I noticed it rattling and then when I opened the box. The mug was broken. It was packed in a box with no padding or bubble wrap not even a fragile sticker on it. Contact the chat bot and sent photos, didn’t get a reply for over 12 hours. Once I got a response they advised it would be reshipped out. Still have not received a replacement.
