I got a mug with a different families photo on it and the ink all smudged around the edge. Not great Moonpig.

Mug was good enough quality- however Moonpig website directed me to the mug it with a code for free card after I designed the card, only to then say the code wasn't valid. This was somewhat misleading. I would still use Moonpig again, but would be more careful with additional suggestions offered by the site.
