Absolutely awful! I have been using photo upload Moonpig cards for years and have always overlooked any typo errors, but this order was for a giant card and while there’s been the cover was ok the writing on the inside was a mess. It was far too large, hadn’t been adjusted by the printer properly and as a result you couldn’t read the messages or sentiments inside. It was so bad I couldn’t use it, especially as my daughter keeps these cards each year. To then have to pay again to get the card reprinted and posted just added insult to injury seeing how the fault was Moonpig! I do wish I hadn’t ordered the replacement card. It’s ironic this happened in the same week I received an email from Moonpig celebrating my order of 50 products … but I can assure you, I don’t think there will be a 51st item bought!

Fed up with Moonpig my mums 80th birthday card has not arrived . This has happened more than once now over the last few years , I’m not ordering any more .

Easy to make from the template. Very impressed with the quality. I did pay to expedite the order but still did not expect it to be next day delivery (Northern Ireland) but it arrived next day as advertised. Very happy customer and even happier sister, recipient of the card.
