I ordered it to arrive the next day, for my grandparents anniversary. It didn’t arrive. Then I got an email the next day saying it was out for delivery. Why offer next day delivery if the card won’t arrive the next day.

Unfortunately it hasn’t arrived
The card was lovely but arrived four days after it was supposed to. Arrival date 20th September and arrived 24th. I'm not happy about this
