requested delivery on 6th july, my parents anniversary. it was delivered two days early. the card was meant to arrive on the same day as flowers we had arranged seperately. having them both arrive on different days just looked idiotic. dont offer specific delivery slots if you cant actually fulfill them.

I ordered a card delivery date was 30th January and as yet it has not been delivered so it missed my parents anniversary very poor service this time when it is usually good Very dissatisfied and feel let down

The card was fine, but was unfortunately delivered a day late, and it was for a wedding anniversary. Not the best delivery.

Nice, but very expensive.
The product was good problem is I paid for delivery by a certain date and Royal Mail are delivering it a day late

My parents loved the card.
Delivered on time which I was worried about when placing order
The card was never delivered, nobody called or got in touch to let me know, this caused great upset, and the follow up customer service was terrible, a totally uncaring ai chatbot type reply, do yourself a big favour and go to funky pigeon, pity there was not a rating for 0 stars.

Parents loved the flowers. Only issue was delivery person just left them on the doorstep in direct sunlight and on a very hot day, didn't wait to see if anyone answered the door.

Good choice of fonts and colours. Card arrived quickly and looked exactly like it did on the computer screen.
