The box had clearly been opened and it looked a little worse for wear, had to check the bottles for tampering as one of them looked like someone had tried to open it without cracking the seal. It arrived a day later than the date I chose from the available options so it was too late to change it as it was for a birthday gift the day before (the date that I chose). This is the first time that I have had any issues with Moonpig and I use them at least 4 times a year for birthday cards and gifts for my nieces who live in London, I live in Scotland.
