The card was meant to arrive on my sons birthday and the morning of his birthday I got an email to say it wasn't going to b delivered that day, you made me look like the worst mum in the whole world, as if I didnt know when my sons birthday was!!

Paid extra for delivery to ensure it reached recipient for his 21st - on Saturday 23rd, it arrived on Wednesday 27th by which time he had left his parents home and returned to London !

Paid for the fastest delivery but the estimated delivery is misleading that’s not when it will arrive! Really disappointed it missed my nephews birthday!
