Another card late ! Why are you waiting till the day before the card is required before you despatch it? You are given plenty prior notice, so why are you using Covid as an excuse for late delivery. My card was required for Monday 24th birthday, but was not delivered till the next day. If I was sending a card for Monday delivery, I would post it on the Friday before. I guess I will have to forward the birthday dates in order to have the card delivered on the actual birthday.

Unfortunately, the email address I sent this to wasn’t working properly and bounced back. Moonpig didn’t let me know, it was only when I asked the recipient if they had received it, and they hadn’t, I contacted Moonpig and then found out !
