Actual product was fine. The item never arrived on time even though I ordered the card with plenty of time to arrive on time for my granddaughters birthday. AI chat bot was not helpful at all stating I should wait till end of the day before stating card never arrived on time. We dont get post delivery st 8pm at night !!!
